I will discuss recent developments in the theory of entanglement with identical massive particles. The notion of entanglement is grounded on properties of commuting subalgebras of observables. I will discuss the computable measure of entanglement based on the partial transposition criterion, and the robustness of entanglement against mixtures and dissipative dynamics. Typical features are the easy detectability of entanglement and the great robustness against local noise. Then, I will discuss the teleportartion protocol, and how the indistinguishability of particles affects its efficiency.
