|Quasi-particle excitations of integrable models in the hydrodynamic regime.|

We show how single particle-hole excitations give the full dynamical correlation functions of the densities of conserved operators of the model in the hydrodynamic regime. This also implies a generalized detailed balance relation valid in any stationary state (and which can be used to probe the generalized temperatures of the system) and the recently introduced "generalized hydrodynamic theory". Finally we show how the latter can be easily employed to study transport properties of the XXZ chain and the fermionic Hubbard model.
