Criticality of structurally disordered magnets within field-theoretical renormalization group

Usually natural materials do not possess ideal regular structure. Therefore it is important to study influence of structural disorder on the thermodynamical properties of physical systems. We are interested in a question: if the adding weak quenched structural disorder will change the critical properties of three-dimensional magnets. For this purpose three- dimensional spin models with different type of randomness are considered. Their asymptopic and effective (non-asymptotic) critical characteristics are calculated mainly by field-theoretical renormalization group approach. Obtained results demonstrate rich critical properties in the the non- asymptotic regime.



Äîãîðè
