A study of time-dependent scaling of the thermoremanent and zero-field-cooled susceptibilities in ferromagnetic spin systems undergoing aging after a quench to a temperature at or below criticality, was presented. A ferromagnet with a critical temperature Tc>0, was studied. The results show that the scaling of the thermoremanent susceptibility may be affected by a relatively large finite-time correction term. The results reproduce the entirety of known results in aging ferromagnetic spin systems with dâo/oo¥2 but do not require to postulate an upper critical dimension d=3 in the Glauber-Ising model.
